These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiteViewly (the "Service"), operated by SiteViewly ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at siteviewly.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SiteViewly generates temporary, shareable HTTPS links that proxy traffic to a website you specify by domain and IP address, so it can be previewed before it is publicly launched. Links expire automatically after a period of time that depends on your plan, unless you delete them earlier.

2. Accounts

Some features require creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SiteViewly to create preview links for content or targets that:

Host phishing pages, malware, or content designed to deceive or harm visitors;
Infringe on someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to access, scan, or attack infrastructure you do not own or have explicit permission to target, including internal/private networks;
Send spam, or are used to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or any third-party system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

4. Plans, Fees, and Billing

SiteViewly offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with different link quotas, expiry behavior, and features, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers. First-time subscribers to a paid plan are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep SiteViewly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteViewly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy above.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
