Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) on SiteViewly. Our free plan has no cost and is not covered by this policy — it's the best way to try the Service before subscribing to a paid plan.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, no questions asked. To request a refund, email admin@siteviewly.com from the email address associated with your account.
Once refunded, your account will be moved back to the Free plan, and any links exceeding the free plan's quota or expiry rules will stop working according to free plan limits.
2. After the 14-Day Window
Charges for renewal periods, and any refund request made after the initial 14-day window, are not eligible for a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing — your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), contact us at admin@siteviewly.com and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors regardless of the 14-day window.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the charge. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
